Earlier this summer I picked up a skirt at a thrift store. I have turned it into a dress for Isobel. You may ask me how! I'll tell you. I measured it around Isobel and cut off the sides to fit it to her. Then with the part that I cut off, I made into strapes. She loves it. I am working on a smaller one for a friend, too! Here is the skirt and the after pictures!
