May Day!

Tomorrow is May 1st.  My children have been making flowers for the past couple of years to hand out on May Day!  This year we made them out of felt.  My daughter was sewing the middle part on but after about 8 she grew tired of it.  Then she was just matching up centers to the flowers that she wanted them on, then we glued them.  the ones that are sewed, I think turned out better!  I just thought I would sure this idea with everyone.  We made about 50 since we have church tomorrow and the children will just hand them out there instead of going to doors.  Everyone have a nice May Day!

We haven't cut off the strings yet!  She did a good job!

These have glue, but I think I will have to hot glue them.
